WELCOME PARTY:

If you need a ride to the welcome party, we will be providing shuttle service at these times and locations:

7:30 PM - Pick up from The Holiday Inn Express

7:55 PM - Pick up from The Villages at Bay Harbor (location: outside of the office)

If you need a ride home from the welcome party, we will be providing shuttle service at these times to take you to either The Holiday Inn Express or The Villages at Bay Harbor

10:00 PM - Depart from Palette Bistro

10:30 PM - Depart from Palette Bistro

RECEPTION:

If you are NOT staying onsite (Bay Harbor) - Shuttle service will be provided after the reception staring at 10PM to 1AM. The last shuttle will be leaving at 1:15-1:30AM and can only hold 15 people. Please plan your leave time accordingly if you are not staying on site!
